The Beauty of Patina
Patina colors evoke weathered copper roofs, desert minerals, ancient artifacts, or ocean-worn metals. Patina is nature's artwork. Copper slowly reacts with air and minerals to create the beautiful blues, greens, and warm earth tones that have captivated artists for centuries
I guide that natural process using specialized patina techniques, but I never completely control it - and that's the magic. Every piece develops its own character, making each bracelet, pendant, and pair of earrings truly one of a kind.
Unique pendants are one of my specialties, and this patina and copper 3-disc pendant takes individuality to the next level. One of the things I love most about patina is the randomness of the finish. Every design has its own personality.
Measuring .875", and finished with sterling twisted ear wires, these are ever-popular earrings that coordinate with the 3-disc pendant. They combine hammered copper discs, topped with smaller patina discs.
