• Orders received, excluding made to order and custom items, will be shipped within five (5) business days. 
• All shipping is via USPS Small Box Priority Mail, which includes tracking information and insurance up to $100. Cost for shipping is automatically applied at checkout. 
• Promotional codes for free shipping must be entered at checkout in order for them to apply.
• Please note that shipments to Canada will not have tracking enabled once Canada Post receives the package.
• Please contact us prior to placing an order, for a shipping quote for locations outside the United States or Canada.

Shipping charges:
Please note that due to a number of variables beyond our control in the shipping process, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping timeframes:
If you are expecting an item from us (either a new item or an exchange), please note that your location and other logistical factors will of course impact the length of time it takes for you to receive your item.

Return shipping charges:
You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs incurred when returning your jewelry to us, unless your return qualifies under the Return Policy. Refunds issued for jewelry purchased from Tres Elegante Designs will not include the cost of shipment, only the value of the item itself.
