Free Shipping & Free Returns on All Orders over $100
Previously I had a website policy of Free Shipping on orders totaling over $75.00. This was fine and customers appreciated it but there were no free returns unless the delivered order was wrong or defective.
This got me to thinking that maybe I was missing something by not offering free returns on items over $100 that customers were interested in purchasing.
My desire is that I want you to consider ordering a piece without the nagging fear in the back of your mind, “what if I don’t like it?”.
No Hassle Returns: Free Shipping & Returns on Orders over $100
If the amount of purchase was $100 or more, you will have received free shipping. I will also credit you the amount of shipping to return the piece as long it's sent with tracking info and a copy of the actual receipt for the amount of the return shipping sent to me via email. 1. The item must be returned within 7 days from the ship date. 2. The package must have tracking. 3. Insurance is required for any package valued over $75.00.
