Continuing to Replenish!

The items I most frequently run out of are earrings. I attribute that to their classic, simple styles and reasonable prices. It’s not unusual for me to make three to five pieces of the same earring design to meet the demand. Of course, each one is different because of the reticulation, hammering, or patina techniques used. Slight variations in the color, shape, and size of the freshwater pearls, along with differences in gemstone hues, add to the uniqueness of every piece.

I have often mentioned how much I enjoy working with patina. The colors created by heating copper with a torch have a particularly warm, Southwestern feel. The technique is relatively quick, and because I am working with copper, the pieces are surprisingly affordable compared to those made in sterling silver.

Reticulated sterling silver discs make a lovely background for these 8mm faceted Citrine gemstones. A very popular earring design, finished with lever backs, they are just as pretty with Amethyst, Garnet, Sky Blue Topaz, and other gemstones that can be seen in the Earring Collection

.

A simple and less expensive take on the reticulated disc earrings, are these unpretentious freshwater pearls featuring handcrafted ear wires. Their understated styling makes them a perfect choice for casual or dressy occasions and one of those styles that work with almost everything.

Silver/Pearl Earrings

Hammered sterling silver circles create a fun look for these statement earrings. Featuring 8mm white freshwater pearls suspended within a 1” circle, they are the kind of earrings that often attract compliments whenever they are worn. All of these featured and replenished earring styles can now be found in stock on the Website.
